I have a funny one to share this time guys, that does not make sense, which is the theme of this blog, or it just does.

A dear friend of mine sent me a gift from the US. It was supposed to be delivered to me 2 weeks ago. The carrier notified her that some random person, i.e. none in my household had picked up the parcel and we all assumed it was the receptionist in my building (this not a fancy building to the slightest but has a receptionist indeed). Fast forward and the parcel is nowhere to be found.

I am very disappointed and I am sure my friend feels stressed and annoyed.

This morning, on my way out of the flat, I am literally closing the door behind me and the elevator dings. A man comes out with the classic uniform of the carrier. We have never met and is not apparent who I am. He gives me bright smile however and calls me by my name. He explains he attempted delivery couple of times and missed me every time and had left the package to a nearby safe place store. He then noticed that I had not picked up the parcel, went back to the shop, and decided to attempt delivery once more before the parcel gets rerouted back to the US. And there we were, in a perfectly arranged meeting.

I am sure some other guy would not have bothered to reattempt delivery and no one would have blamed them. I had no idea the parcel was waiting for me at a safe place cause the little notice got lost.

I know though, that this little gift was arranged for me with genuine love by a person with a very kind heart. I call her a healer, and funnily she is developing her own homeopath practice these days.

The bottom line I am getting at is that when things happen with love, universe tunes in. Either to make them happen or to prevent them from not happening. This might all be random for the non romantics out there, who knows, but I did my loving gift. An act of kindness and love got completed in an extraordinary way.

I am also sure some nice things will happen to this very determined and happy and kind delivery man. Universe will tune in for him. I wish that with genuine love.

There is so much evil, wrong, sadness in the news these days, a parcel delivered won’t make the difference. But love will.

Please help me make sense of this one too ….
